Yes ... albeit the charter only covers the issues in a handful of
sentences. Now it may well be that is sufficient for everyone's
understanding (though using the term backscatter did seem to cause some
confusion at one point, so levels of understanding may differ).

If so then prioritising discussion of the "overview" document should, in
my view, be put on hold because there's little point in providing an
overview of something that might turn out to be impossible to get
working (and inter-working), so we should be concentrating on the spec

However, I am unconvinced there is widespread understanding of some of
the issues ... for example "visibility into any resulting errors" notion
is not only about redirecting DSNs but also about taking the opportunity
to standardise an approach to "feedback loops"... a DKIM signature by an
intermediary gives an assurance that the intermediary has handled the
email so that it may be considered appropriate to let them know (if they
so request) that the recipient of the email has determined that the
email is "spam" -- an issue of considerable importance to "ESPs" and
indeed to mailbox providers.

I have not seen any discussion of this -- maybe it's straightforward
enough to merit no further commentary.
