That makes them, quite literally, candidates for adoption. Accordingly, I placed them in that state. That doesn't mean they're adopted, or that a call for adoption (CFA) has been issued. That would be a different state, and there would be a deadline for feedback about that question. However, given the discussion and the need to "take it to the list", I would suggest that the CFA is imminent. It's the next logical step given the consensus in the room. It's fine to think it's premature, and nobody said it's wrong to comment. That can be part of your input to the CFA when it appears, and it's a perfectly valid input to that consensus question. -MSK
