## Later Lunch Hour

Due to the popularity of the 13:00 lunch time at IETF 123, lunch will remain at 
13:00 for IETF 124.

The Secretariat is continuing to manage room allocation for side meetings in an 
effort to mitigate errors and provide an easier-to-view schedule.

To schedule a side meeting:

1. Find out when each room is available on our public Trello board:

2. Fill out the Side Meeting Request Form: https://www.ietf.org/side-meetings/ 

3. The Secretariat will be allocating spots on a first-come, first-served
