It sounds as if we are going to have a great turnout for the ICSA Winter Meeting and the Coaches' Colloquium. In preparation, please review the agenda posted at http://www.collegesailing.org/BoardInfo/boardmeetings.asp. If you are coming, I need to know in order to get a head-count for the meeting room, lunch and other functions. Please send me an email indicating when you will be arriving and where you will be staying. (it may be possible to coordinate some of the transportation from SLC to Park City). There will a guest speaker on Friday evening for the conclusion of the ICSA Coaches' Colloquium, which is open to everyone. The location is currently being determined based in part on the size of our group. Other important notes for those attending the ICSA Winter meeting: a.. ICSA will be collecting $10.00 per attendee for a portion of the meal expenditures. Continental Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon break will be provided during the meeting. b.. The Peaks does not allow outside food to be brought in. We will be subject to a hefty room rental charge if we don't comply with this. c.. We will have the capability to have PowerPoint presentations at the meeting. d.. Let me know if you will be attending. e.. For those arriving on flights early on your arrival date, you can ski for free on the date of your arrival. Go to www.parkcityinfo.com and click on "quick start". f..
