Hi, I'm looking for an alerting system to be used as the notification backend for Icinga 2.
The solution needs to be local, i.e. non-cloud-based (which unfortunately rules out my favourite candidates iLert and OpsGenie), and it needs to support at least the following functionalities: - Can be integrated with Icinga 2 (i.e. can be controlled via scripts - that should be trivial) - Redundant setup (two locally remote, synchronised instances required) - SIP interface for voice notifications, German language support preferred - Acknowledgement of alerts via DTMF tones for SIP calls - GSM interface for SMS notifications - Acknowledgement of alerts via SMS response for SMS notifications - Escalation of alerts if no acknowledgement is received within a configurable period Ideally the solution would be open source, as there may possibly be the need for customer-specific enhancements in the future, but a sufficiently flexible closed source solution will be OK as well (I'm aware that there are very few open source solutions around in that area). Is anyone aware of such a solution? Any hint is appreciated.
