It's whatever you set the icingaadmin password to in the .htpasswd file if you followed the docs.

Using the package repo, I know a user 'icinga' was created and assumed that was the user needed, but no uname/pwd combo worked. I thought I'd maybe fat-fingered the MySQL user password so reset it, but so far no go.
