Are there any base z/OS components that don't have a target library now? Any optional ones? My SMPMTS is empty for both z/OS 2.2 and z/OS 2.3. I accept maintenance one year behind apply and I'm at RSU1812 for both z/OS 2.2 (which a few systems are at) and z/OS 2.3.
