Sorry, but I think you are missing something. There is already such an interface. In fact, one of my clients is using a selfhelp web-portal for many years using a SSL LDAP server in one of my LPARs using RACF as a LDAP Backend. Using a LDAP client, you can download a RACF LDAP schema from LDAP's own OMVS folders supplied by IBM. Of course, I disabled DB2 as a LDAP backend to satisfy my cruel auditors.
