Great catch, I was totally confused if these 2 posts were different issues, so not it appears there may have been an LLA / LINKLST issue tied to the 106 abend, syslog + abend + return code would help greatly in the diagnosis. I've seen issues with certain vendor product getting refreshed in the linklist causing these types of abends. a new listlist and an LLA update or refresh, may solve the issue., if this was the case.

I'd suggest capturing a dump on the IEW4000I message issued by nucleus module CSVLLTCH. That's what IBM service will likely ask for. The message can also occur because of a problem with doing the relocation processing (I'm not sure why that lands with a message about insufficient storage).
