Hello List! Let's say there is a mod27 volume of unit abcd. This is available to an LPAR (via IODF), but is defined with OFFLINE=YES, so not immediately available at IPL, but can be brought online (vary ad-hoc or via COMMNDxx).
Is there any constraint that a spool volume needs to be OFFLINE=NO in the IODF.. or is COMMNDxx read before the JES2 startup (JES2's PARMLIB member), that an IODF change is not required? Thank you! - Vignesh Mainframe Infrastructure MARKSANDSPENCER.COM ________________________________ Unless otherwise stated above: Marks and Spencer plc Registered Office: Waterside House 35 North Wharf Road London W2 1NW Registered No. 214436 in England and Wales.
