not sure if this would help, since I suspect maybe JES2 was a victim, of a deadly embrace. since you didn't get a chance to take a SADMP the RMF ENQ report may help diagnose an ENQ, or RESERVE issue. I'd like to also assume all shared DASD is within the same SYSPLEX?
