I believe he said the ECB itself is in CSA, so POST is okay.

Since he is apparently trying to do cross-memory post, he should forget about 
using POST, and instead use IEAMSXMP, as Peter suggested. Cross-memory post is 
very difficult to do correctly, but IEAMSXMP resolves those issues.
