But I doubt that LIST ERRSYSMODS will show it, so it does little to alert the programmer who relies on ERRSYSMODS after APPLY and before deployment. I could envision a ++HOLD ... ERROR resolved by a trivial PTF with the corrected ++HOLD ... ACTION.
