>From an analysis of our SMF 30 this spring, I have found the following produce >subtype 6 instead of subtype 2/3. This is z/OS V2.1. ALLOCAS, CAMASTER, CONSOLE, EYUX420, GRS, IEFSCHEAS, JES2AUX, PCAUTH, RACFDS, RASP, SMSPDSE, SMSPDSE1,TRACE We do not have MIM (MIMASC, MIMEDI). We don not have TSS. We've got BBI as the automation tool, so your AUTXxxxxx are someting else, but they seem to produce subtype 2 records. IFGEDI is shortliving, and I did not look at an IPL period. I'm pretty sure I did not see subtype 6 for APPC, ASCH, HZR, INIT, JES2, LLA, VLF, RESOLVER, RRS, TFS (UNIX temp file system colony AS?), VLF. But this has noting to do with the OPs question, so I changed the subject. -- Peter Hunkeler ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [email protected] with the message: INFO IBM-MAIN
