The OWNER information can be extracted from the JSAB using IAZXJSAB or copied 
from the STTROUID field from the extended status JES SSI call.

Note that these fields can be blank for address spaces that are started 
SUB=MSTR.

Jobs that start *before* JES can ask for a JOBID using the "Request JOBID" SSI 
function (20) when it detects that a JES subsystem is available (for example 
ENF 40 for JES2).

Where or how does the SDSF gets the details if those jobs are sitting in 
another LPAR?
(scenario for this question: Sysplex, Shared JES SPOOL, shared RACF DB, each 
LPAR has its own SDSF Server and RMF running.)
