Jim Mulder asked me the same question. Neither Image profile has any reserved storage. It occurred to me to check Storage Info via SOO. Sure enough, one LPAR shows a 'gap' of 1GB; the other shows no gap. Apparently this came about as PR/SM was assigning storage to LPARs during the last POR, which occurred within the past few months.
'Reserved storage' shows up in z/OS as 'reconfigurable'. AFAIK unassigned storage cannot be brought online. . .
