The RMF Distributed Data Portal emits XML. So you can write your own app to issue requests to it and interpret the results--perhaps building friendlier html pages from a subset of values that are of interest to the target audience. You could either do that all in the browser (relatively easy) or do it server side extracting the relative data once instead of once per user (more complicated). I've done both. It is some amount of effort and it doesn't mean that you've necessarily secured RMF, but at least you've given your target audience some information while making it less obvious how to get to potentially more confusing information.
