"Security reason" does not specify what the reason is. What is

RMF data that is worthless. "Channel utilization or CPU utilization 
of their tasks? That is meaningful only of the network group has 
their own dedicated CPUs and channels, which would be absurd 
for z/OS.

Really? You never know what is relevant until the cause of a 
problem is discovered.

It sounds to me as if you really don't want anyone to see RMF 
data at all, and that the "requirement" to "secure" it is a 
smokescreen to avoid transparency.
