I should have written, "XPLINK-64 cannot coexist with XPLINK-31 or with 
non-XPLINK LE programs in the same LE enclave." The issue is that the 
LE control blocks are not compatible between these three LE environments. 
IMO it is a reason for LE to provide support for 64-bit code using standard 
(F4SA, F5SA, etc.) save areas.
