We also shutdown for 1 hour - even oif there were no system issues (and I believe there are not) - our friends in development cannot tell us if there are any apps they rely upon/depend upon/require a non-overlapping timing sequence (would a duplicate time violate any physical integrity(keys) or logical integrity (app expectations) - without such explicit clearance, it is prudent to shutdown for 1 hour .....
