IBM has filed for a trademark of "Z SYSTEMS" but apparently there is some clarification needed. Interestingly enough, IBM applied for, and abandoned "ZSYSTEM" in 2006. There are any number of "Z-SYSTEM" and derivatives out there.
For example there is an active "Z-SYSTEM" trademark for "a weighing apparatus and instruments; measuring apparatus and instruments, namely, sensors and fiber optics for the determination of pressure, temperature, vibration, distance, speed, weight, flow, acoustics and other well parameters in the nature of fluid and gas concentration."
