All, Thank you very much for all the informative comments. I am familiar with the layout of an address space but the refresher is always welcome. Thanks John, the comments about CSA allocation was particularly instructive.
As many of you pointed out, I too now believe that changes to the I/O configuration is the likely culprit as DR was at a vendor site. I will do more work to figure out how we can accommodate these configuration changes in future. Thanks again.
