To make sure I understand,
You are running HMC 2.10.1 - Is that correct?
What version of Java are you running?
What version are you running of browse software?  IE, Chrome?
What changes were made before you had this issue?


There may issues if you updated to Java 1.8.

If you are using Java 1.8 try reinstalling Java 1.7

Have you opened an SR with IBM on this issue?  Have you searched the internet 
for this issue?


Several vendors had issues when customers upgraded to Java 1.8.
