I use Attachmate Reflection 2014 and have (and sometimes use) the option to 
specify Latin 1/Open Systems, code page 1047.  Click the "Document Settings" 
icon (looks like a paper with two check marks and a pencil writing on it) the 
under Terminal Configuration click "Select Host Code Page".
