I should state explicitly that Vanguard was NOT the problem: it was the solution! It's a great tool, and both the Vanguard tools and the efforts of some folks there were instrumental in getting us to a solution. Apologies if anyone thought I was calling them out in a negative light-it was so obvious to me that they were the "good guys" that I failed to make it clear!
By the way, the customer ran LISTCDT, and the POSIT in question is not shown as in use.
