Anyone know where I can information on ISMF. I am looking for information on
the following parms for the DATACLAS.
I looked that the following books :
z/OS DFSMS Storage Administration Reference
z/OSDFSMS: Using Data Sets
z/OS DFSMS Using the Interactive Storage Management Facility
I didn't find the information I was looking for. Particularly for :
Add'l Volume Amount . . . (P=Primary, S=Secondary or blank)
Space Constraint Relief . . . Y (Y or N)
Reduce Space Up To (%) . . 0 (0 to 99 or blank)
Dynamic Volume Count . . . (1 to 59 or blank)
The reason for my question is that I want to set up the DATACLAS for VSAM
EXTENDED FORMAT. The dsn is spanned across 30 volumes and it has the following
definition :
SHR(2 3) -
KEYS(21 0) -
VOL(* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *) -
INDEXED -
FREESPACE(5 5) -
CYL(4350 4350) -
