If the STC is still running and you only purged a small subset and you DO
NOT HAVE SPIN=CLOSE,FREE=UNALLOC

In SDSF issue the ST command.  Then prefix the name of your STC.

Issue a ? (question mark) next to the name.  If there is any output
available, you can see it there.

Otherwise - purged is gone.

In JES2 if there is any part of the job on SPOOL and it does not use
SPIN=CLOSE,FREE=UNALLOC, then all of the job is still on the spool and
visible from the ST function.  JES2 will only purge when all parts are
purged.  That is why when a job has a step like IEBGENR and the only sysout
you find in O function is the IEBGENER step, if you did an ST you may see
the entire job still left on JES2.
