When we see an LPAR having more SYSVTOC and Catalog contention by freezing
other users activity. Whats the best option to handle this kind of
situation, when we are not able to cancel those jobs under SYSVTOC
contention.

Is there a way to take SVC dump for the particular Volume ? On
understanding what caused more SYSVTOC contention to the particular Volume ?
