Perhaps... I wouldn't know. I have only one LPAR here and little to no bureaucracy. So implementing multiple userids is drop-dead easy for me.

We generally have two or three userids per person with mainframe access. This is due to ancient TSO restrictions. No such problems with telnet, SSH, etc. on z/OS or other platforms. Multiple TSO logon within the same LPAR should be supported.
