HLASM is interesting: its listing headers identify its PTF level.
Presumably that is updated by replacing a CSECT.  So each
PTF must cite its immediate predecessor.  The service graph
is linear.

But some customers insist, "Fix no problem other than the
one I reported!"  Fear of collateral damage results in
regenerative maintenance phobia.
