It depends.
There is no single pill for every disease.
One of approaches would be remote copy from old array to new array
(despite "remote" mean few feet apart or even closer).
Good for large configuration, as it would move all the data with very
small or none disruption.
Bad for ideas I mentioned: volume sizing change, etc.
Without knowing your setup and requirements it is guessing. Good fun,
but it is not a plan.

What would be the approach to copy the data between storage box(between Old
and new) when they are in same datacentre where DS8886 and DS8910F are
placed in same rack

Hello
Has anyone migrated from DS8886 to DS8910F.
Yes.
How did you migrate when your current connectivity to DS box is direct
from
mainframe instead of switch based?
It is irrelevant. Of course you need free FICON channels in your CPC.
Alternatively you can reduce number of channels for DS8886 and use them
for DS8910F.
Details depend on ...details of your configuration, workload, etc.
Is it possible to migrate to new storage box without downtime ?
Yes and no. Again, it depends. It depends on your requirements regarding
remote copy consistency, possible short service windows, budget for
add-on software like TDMF, human effort and skills, etc.
Note, such migration is usually great opportunity for changes in volume
sizing, ICF catalog locations, etc. A lot of possible changes which
could make the migration more complex, but it's worth the effort.
