I was working on an IBM ESS F20 unit with a dedicated phone line for
machine call in / CE use. In came a call to collect a debt, reported no
person is assigned to the desk, and took the person's basic info and call
back number to find if they were an employee or at least clear the number
from their collection system Let HR know and ask them to research and call
back.
