Has anybody submitted ISPF requirements for IEDIT CHANGE to support regexen
beyond what POSIX requires? E.g.,

    \b word boundary
    \d digit, equivalent to [0-9]
    backreferencing
    named captures
    PCRE
referring to captures in replacement string
    Unicode character classes

In particular, make it easy to do something like

    C R'/bR(\d+)\b' R'\($1\)'
