I'm not familiar with most of the techniques mentioned so far. But I'm surprised no one has mentioned the SHRPROF option on the ISPF command, or the SHRPROF command to configure it.
I start my ISPF session with ISPF TEST SHRPROF, and I can log on to different systems in my SYSPLEX, sharing the same ISPPROF. (TEST is because I sometimes develop ISPF applications--it is not associated with the SHRPROF option.) There is also the ISPF command (once you are logged on) named SHRPROF, 'tho until I searched for the option I didn't know about the command.
