My program is authorised.  And so when a non-authorised program is
executed, everything is fine.

Yes, I definitely agree.  Non-authorised programs should not be able to
execute ones that need to be authorised.

IBM examined my code ages ago and were happy. But this business keeps on
cropping up.  I took my code from the IBM MVS initiator code.
