You have to configure so that, e.g., ISPF data sets, have unique names. It used 
to be well documented.

I was certain that there were (somewhere) instructions on how to enable a user 
to logon to TSO+ISPF on more than one LPAR at the same time with the same 
USERID, but I cannot find such instructions so far.
