CBPDO still works for installation. Migration is the rub, since the Migration
Guide has been discontinued. I've been told you can extract the z/OSMF
workflow into a printable/readable format that provides essentially the same
thing, but I have not done that myself. Of course, that requires bringing
z/OSMF up long enough to accomplish the task.

Keeping up with Health Checker will help, but it won't catch everything. As of
2.5, there is still an Introduction and Release Guide, a Planning for
Installation and a Release Upgrade Reference Summary, and a Planning for
Installation manual for 2.5. In 2.4, there was a publication number associated
with the the z/OSMF workflow, as if you could download it, but I don't see it
in the 2.5 shelves. These books may enable you to piece it together without
the workflow, but they're a far cry from the once extant, solid, reliable,
one-stop-shop Migration Guide.
