I remember IBM charging and then refunding for PartnerWorld. I passed on PLX: did not see committing to an unsupported language that might be withdrawn at any time (as it was).
IBM should open source PL/X 390. Hardly would give away their secret sauce at this point! PL/X 390 -- not current PL/X whatever it is called.
