Maybe I'm mis-using the term "reusable". I'm not referring to "serially 
reusable" (by which the OS manages attempts to fetch the same module again 
while it still known to be in use). I'm referring to simply using it once and 
then using it again.

I'm hypothesizing that the module is not properly set up to be used and then 
used again.

If it's not at least able to be used again, then the higher level functionality 
of reentrant and serially reusable don't even come into play, and talking about 
calling it multiple times does not make sense.
