Hi Michael,
Unfortunately, the online publications haven't been updated yet. I
believe you will see the changes in the next major update of the manuals in 8
months or so. Knowing it would take a while, I put the pdf of the changes out
on the web with the APAR.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly.

Sincerely,
Andrew Wilt

https://public.dhe.ibm.com/eserver/zseries/zos/DFSMS/CDA/OA62318/Cloud_Object_Utility_Pub_updates.pdf
The document at this URL states: z/OS MVS Programming: Callable Services for
High Level Languages is updated to add a new chapter after 'Part 10: SMF
Services' as follows: 'Part 11: Cloud Data Access Services'.
However, when I use either google or an IBM URL
(https://www-40.ibm.com/servers/resourcelink/svc00100.nsf/pages/zOSV2R5Library?OpenDocument)
to search for this document, I only find an earlier version without the
additional Part 11.
Can anyone provide a newer link to IBM documentation where I can find this
updated version of the SA23-1377 document?

Late to the party on this discussion... DFSMS recently shipped a new utility
named GDKUTIL. It converts z/OS data sets and UNIX files to cloud objects and
visa-versa. This enables utilizing cloud object storage as a method for z/OS
sharing data, such as SMF, as opposed to FTPing. Use GDKUTIL to write the data
to object storage for shared access across sysplexes / platforms and visa-versa
- ingest off-platform data into z/OS. DFSMS CDA (Cloud Data Access) is used to
securely manage cloud access.
