You can add
BYPASS(
HOLDSYSTEM
HOLDUSER
HOLDCLASS(UCLREL,ERRELL)
And see which one are still held due to error.
I agree with the folks that it's safe to just run, expect an 8, and see what's
left.
But, I usually did try to EXCLUDE the error chains and try for a RC=4.
