For the avoidance of doubt, my comment was in search of a seriously useful control block map for MVS, around the /XA or /ESA times.
It listed only control blocks, naming mapping macros and important offsets starting from PSACVT->CVT, PSATOLD->TCB, how to find ASCB and ASXB etc. IMI Computing did a great job on theirs. I wish I still had it.
