Yes, it's in the Master address space. There is no guaranty that MSTJCLxx hasn't changed since IPL, and I know of no operator or TSO command to display it. The best I can come up with is to use IPCS to view the TIOT and JFCB, or to run the DSAB chain.

Trying to recall where the allocation for it is sine it has been a while, but I believe it is in the Master JCL which in z/OS it is in Parmlib. From there it finds it in the Master Catalog. In the case of ACF2 failing a valid set of JCL and a USERID should be present.
