No, you should see it when you (ISPF) browse the member list because (as Seymour indicated) the SSI is stored in the directory entry and not in the member contents.

If the SSI is not in view, try left/right scrolling.

I don't think ISPF shows SSI for non-program members, but the REVIEW and PDS commands do.

If you store your programs in a PDSE then REVIEW and PDS can show you the date/time stamp of the programs in the member list because they can be extracted from the directory entry (unlike for PDS load modules).
