A sort of critical mass is approaching. Long ago, I rarely
encountered errors in IBM code. More recently, in attempts
to distill my code down to the minimum that exposes a
defect, I often encounter an untested boundary condition,
and yet another defect. At critical mass, this process can
be expected not to terminate.

And I have known IBM support to reply to my minimal test
case similarly to, "Why do you need this program to work?
It appears to do nothing useful."
