The 'problem' with storing text 'backwards' cannot be solved by a simple
translation.
It's actually a very difficult problem to solve, especially when there are

Does either of these, or TXT2PDF, avoid problems resulting because (as I
understand) z/OS stores Hebrew text backwards while desktop systems expect it
forwards?

Can they deal with CSSID 1208 files containing a mixture of such as Hebrew:
שָׁלוֹם עֲלֵיכֶם‎, Greek: γεια, Russian: Здравствуйте, ...?
