Sadly, the system is heavily abused, not just by Indian "training" institutes, but even by, or so it seems from the IP addresses of some of the users, the likes of HCL and Tata!
Which is quite ridiculous intended it is not that difficult to set up your own ADCD running on Hercules as it can be found on a peer-to-peer file sharing system I prefer not to mention :)
To be honest, I'd prefer something like this but legal, and for z/VM and z/VSE as I'm already a z/OS z/Linux guy :)
But apparently VM/370 R6 can be run legaly, as well as MVS 3.8, DOS/VS and Linux
Anyway, intented I'm now aware that this is no legal stuff I can't honestly use it I guess
