These "mods" haven't actually been distributed as a mainframe tape for
years, but it's still called the "CBT Tape" because for years prior to
being converted to on-line and CDROM formats, versions 1 through 321 of
this collection of code were managed and distributed on mainframe tape
by Arnold Casinghino, who worked at Connecticut Bank and Trust Company.
