I am just trying to locate the proc IEL1CL in our newly installed z/os 1.13 within the libraries(SYS1.**, CPAC.**), but unfortunately I am unable to locate the PROC for compiling PL/I programs. Whereas I could get same proc in Z/OS 1.9 &1.8 level. Could anyone please point me to the right direction.
