There can be many reasons they are now suddenly getting ICE046A. Can you send a few sysouts from jobs receiving the ICE046A to the DFSORT Hotline, [email protected] ? Once we determine why they are getting the ICE046A, we can determine the best approach for addressing it in your environment.
